What's New in This Release
The new AccountChek introduces several improvements to reports, the dashboard experience, and the borrower workflow.
Updated Report ID & Reissue Key Format
Report IDs now use a numerical format (e.g., 2504) and Reissue Keys use an alphanumeric string (e.g., V26UC9KUX). Both appear prominently in the report header.
Report Cost Display
Report costs can now be configured to display directly on VOA and VOIE reports, giving your team clear visibility into pricing at the report level.
About report pricing: Cost visibility is a client configuration, please reach out to helpdesk@AccountChek.com
Borrower SSN on VOA Reports
The last four digits of the borrower's Social Security Number now appear on VOA reports, consistent with how they've always appeared on VOIE reports.
Refreshed Branding & Look
The new AccountChek features updated branding and a visual design that aligns with Informative Research's full product suite for a consistent experience.
Enhanced Order Search
Search your orders by status and date range directly from the dashboard. Users with expanded permissions can perform advanced searches across other users' orders.
Resend Borrower Invite
Need to re-engage a borrower? Use the Resend link in the Communication Logs to resend the invite email — as many times as needed.

The New Borrower Journey
When a new AccountChek order is created, here's what your borrower will see and do.
Borrower Receives an Email Invitation
An email with a "Get Started" button is sent to the borrower. The email explains the verification process and what to have ready (financial institution credentials and/or payroll provider credentials).
Identity Confirmation & Terms of Service
The borrower enters the last four digits of their SSN (or a pin code set by the loan officer) and agrees to the Terms of Service before proceeding.
Link Asset Accounts
The borrower selects their financial institution from a list of major banks or searches for their institution. They log in to their bank as they normally would — AccountChek does not store their banking credentials.
Link Payroll Provider / Employer
For income and employment verification, the borrower selects their payroll provider (ADP, Workday, PayChex, etc.) and signs in. The TrueAuth mobile app is also supported for select providers.
Finish & Share
Once all accounts are linked, the borrower clicks "Finish & Share" to complete the order. They'll see a confirmation that their information has been securely shared with the lender.

Logging In
-
Do I need a new account or new credentials? No. Sign in with the same email and password you use today, just at the new address: https://dashboard.accountchek.com/Login. There's nothing new to set up.
-
What's the new login URL?https://dashboard.accountchek.com/Login. Use your email and password.
-
There's a “Login with Client ID” checkbox. Should I check it?No, leave it unchecked. Enter your email and password the way you always have. Client ID login is a separate method that doesn't apply to most users.
-
Can I still use the old URL?You can still see and manage orders you placed there until the platform retires October 1, 2026.
-
How do I reset my password on the new URL?Select the "Forgot Password" from the new login page found at https://dashboard.accountchek.com/Login
During the Transition
-
When do I start ordering on the new platform? You can start ordering on the new platform right now.
-
What happens to orders I already placed? They stay where you made them. Use the legacy site to track and manage anything you ordered there and the new site for any new orders placed there.
-
When does the old platform go away?Legacy stops taking new orders and stays available view-only until it fully shuts down October 1, 2026.
-
What should I do to get ready? If you are an AccountChek user there are three things: bookmark the new URL, confirm you can log in with your email and password, and skim the user guides on this page.
If you are an Encompass Admin: set up the new AccountChek in your Encompass Admin portal. Specific instructions to do this are found here: EPC Admin Guide
Reports
-
Did the reports change?Yes. New look, plus a few content updates. You can compare the new and legacy formats side by side in the Report Comparison section above.
-
The Report ID and Reissue Key look different. What changed?Report IDs are now numeric (like 2504) and Reissue Keys are an alphanumeric string (like V26UC9KUX). Both sit right at the top of the report.
-
Why is the borrower's SSN showing on VOA reports now?The last four digits now appear on VOA reports, the same way they've always shown on VOIE reports. Now the two match.
-
Can the report show its cost?Yes, if your admin decides to turn it on. Cost can display directly on VOA and VOIE reports. Your admin should contact the AccountChek help desk to turn on this configuration.
What's New
-
What's actually different in this release? The highlights: numeric Report IDs and alphanumeric Reissue Keys, optional cost on reports, last-four SSN on VOA reports, refreshed branding, search by status and date range, and a one-click resend for borrower invites.
-
How does order search work now?Search by status and date range straight from the dashboard. If you have expanded permissions, you can search across other users' orders too.
-
A borrower didn't act on their invite. Can I resend it?Yes. Open the Communication Logs and use the Resend link. Send it as many times as you need.
Your Borrowers
-
What changes for borrowers? The flow: they get an email with a “Get Started” button, confirm who they are (last four of their SSN or a PIN you set), accept the terms, link their bank and/or payroll accounts, then hit “Finish & Share.” Done.
-
Does AccountChek keep their banking login? No. Borrowers sign in to their bank the usual way, and AccountChek doesn't store those credentials.
-
Which payroll providers work for income and employment? The major ones — ADP, Workday, PayChex, and others. Borrowers pick their provider and sign in. For some providers, the TrueAuth mobile app works too.
-
Can I use a PIN instead of the borrower's SSN?Yes. The borrower can verify with either the last four of their SSN or a PIN you set as the loan officer.
-
Will consumers still see our logo when they use AccountChek?
Yes.
Help & Training
-
Where are the user guides?Right above, in the Resources section. There's a Borrower Experience Guide (the account-linking walkthrough) and a User Guide (placing and managing orders, reading reports, getting around the dashboard).
-
Is there training?Yes. Training webinars and the AccountChek Learning Center are linked under Resources in the menu.
